Courtney G. Tito is an associate of the firm. Her primary practice areas include creditor’s rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation.

Ms. Tito received a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University in 1997, and a Master of Arts degree in International Politics from American University School of International Service in 2004. She received a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a Dean’s Fellow, in 2003.

Ms. Tito was admitted to practice in Florida in 2004 and is also admitted to practice in Washington D.C., and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a staff attorney for the Public International Law and Policy Group, working with legislators and the Federal Supreme Court in Baghdad Iraq, in 2006 and 2007. She currently serves as the Group’s advisory counsel.

Ms. Tito joined the firm in 2009. She was born in Washington D.C. in 1975.
