Renee Decker is an associate of the firm. Her primary practice areas include creditor's rights, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation and business reorganization.
Ms. Decker received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Transylvania University in 2003. She received a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2008.
Ms. Decker was admitted to practice in Florida in 2008 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to joining the firm she was an intern with the Honorable Judge David Levy at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Florida. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida and the Broward County Bar Association.
Ms. Decker joined the firm in 2010. She was born in Ashland, Kentucky in 1982.
